This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and handle your personal data while you are accessing the website at www.everfans.com, and/or any affiliated website to which you may be redirected from the website (the “Website”), as well as your rights under applicable data protection law. Mingle Minds is the Controller for data processing implemented through the Website.
Anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may not use the Website. NAME is intended for use only by adults, and by using the Website, you represent that you are an adult.
Mingle Minds is duly incorporated in the Republic of Malta, having its address at 56 Central Business Centre, Triq Is-Soll, Santa Venera SVR 1833, Malta, and registered with the Malta Business Registry under the number C108196.

1. Introduction
All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Notice have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service or in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

However, Personal Data will always remain subject to this Privacy Notice, as updated in accordance with section 13.
- Retention Period
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is in existence and/or as needed to provide you with the Services, and/or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, except if required otherwise by law. However, when you terminate your account, we will still retain your Personal Data for a period of time. Usually, we will store your Personal Data for a period after you cease being a User of our Services, beginning at the date your account is closed.
Retention periods may be changed from time to time based on business or regulatory requirements.
We generally keep:

Mingle Minds does not provide Services or collect Personal Data from anyone under 18 years of age or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction. Our Services are intended for use only by adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside and/or access the Services. If we learn that we have been misled by an underaged individual, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible and block such User. Please also refer to our Underage Policy.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. Subject to legal and other permissible considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request promptly or inform you if we require further information in order to fulfil your request. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
13. Changes to the Privacy Notice
We may revise this Privacy Notice from time to time to take account of our changes of practices or of new applicable data protection law.
